Archiving Job Descriptions

Job Descriptions are the portfolios of competencies matched to each individual’s role. You can archive unwanted Job Descriptions when people change roles, or as part of Removing users from your organisation.

Don’t worry - removing a user’s Job Description will never impact the progress on their actual competencies, that is retained in their own Competency Passport.

To archive a Job Description, first bring up the person’s profile in your list of Supervisees -  you must be a Supervisor for the person you want to remove from the organisation.

Tap on the Job Description, and then scroll all the way to the bottom to find a button that says

Archive Job Description

Tap on this button and the confirmation message, and that Job Description will then be archived.

Can I just change some of the details within an existing Job Description?

Unfortunately once you setup a Job Description, all the elements are used to populate competency templates and cannot
