Changing competencies for an existing supervisee

Changes to a user’s competencies can only be made a supervisor who is managing that Job Description. Users cannot change their own competencies, not can assessors.

If you want to change the Competencies that someone has within their Job Description, simply click on that Job Description on their profile (e.g. Chemotherapy nurse – Oncology below).

You’ll see an overview of that Job Description, and then if you scroll down you’ll see the option to

Edit

the Optional Competencies.

You can then select or de-select Competencies as needed, and then tap

Save

Returning to the user’s profile, you now see the selected competencies reflected in the list of user’s competencies.

If you deselect a competency from someone’s profile, they will not lose any progress. That competency will no longer show on their profile, but it will still be saved and can be resumed if re-selected later.
