After you’ve registered and you’re ready for your supervisor to add you to your organisation, tap

“+ Join Organisation”

on this screen.

You’ll then be asked to choose which contact details you want to use to join your account with your organisation:

You will then be presented with a QR code to show your manager, and they can scan this from their app to add you to the organisation.

Once they have scanned your code, you’ll be setup and ready to go, and you will now see your organisation listed on this page.

Tap on your organisation to start working in that organisation - most of your time in Compassly will be spent here, as all competencies must be digitally signed off as part of an organisation.

• Why all the options around Contact Details?

Compassly gives a lot of flexibility on the emails users register and join organisations with, which helps with scenarios like working bank across multiple organisations. It also allows people to change their emails as they move organisations without losing access to their passport. For most people starting out though, this should simply be their work or personal email.
